V0.2 Status Report

Heyaaa, so, quick lil update on things.  I'd say I'm around 30-40% of the way done.  Just finished the Under-Council meeting, so now I'm getting to the main "loop".  I also have the first part of the whole "funding" system setup.  Still a work in progress though.

Progress is slow, but I should have the first day done within 2 months.  I can't promise that though!
